Join us in the beautiful market town of Alresford in the heart of the South Downs National Park, for our summer concert with a distinctly floral theme.
2026 marks the 50th anniversary of the death of Benjamin Britten, perhaps our most iconic British composer of the 20th century, To commemorate, we will perform a selection of his choral works in each of our three concerts starting here with Five Flower Songs and choral dances from his opera Gloriana. Choral Scholarship
Southern Voices are excited to welcome two new singers to our Choral Scholarship programme for 2025-2026. The programme is an opportunity for young singers to join us, all expenses paid, thanks to generous sponsorship by the D'Oyly Carte Charitable Trust.
Applications are currently open for all voice parts (soprano, alto, tenor and bass) to join us in September 2026, with candidates auditioning in July.
